When you register for an account, we collect your business email address and business website URL to establish your business identity within our platform.
1.2 Business Data from Website Analysis
We automatically analyze the business website you provide to extract publicly available information including business name, NAICS code, operating location, target market, and service areas. This data is used to personalize AI responses to your business context.
1.3 Team Member Information
If you use our alert messaging features, you may provide names and phone numbers of team members. This information is collected solely for the purpose of sending SMS alerts through our third-party provider, Twilio.
1.4 Google User Data & Usage Mapping
Omniscience requests access to your Google Calendar to power our AI business agents. Below is how we map specific data to our features:
- Event Titles & Descriptions: Used by our Strategy Agent to categorize business activities and our Finance Agent to associate time-spend with specific projects.
- Start/End Times: Used by our Smart Scheduling feature to identify availability and optimize your business day.
- Calendar Settings: Used to ensure time-zone accuracy for automated business alerts.
Limited Use Disclosure: Omniscience's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1.5 AI Training & Processing
We utilize Google Gemini models to provide real-time context to our agents. We do not use Google user data to train, retrain, or improve generalized AI/ML models. Your data is only used to provide context to the agents serving your specific account.
1.6 Human Access Policy
Our employees, contractors, and agents are prohibited from accessing your Google user data except in rare cases where you provide explicit consent for technical support, or where necessary for security/legal compliance.
1.7 Third-Party Integration Data
With your explicit authorization, we may access and collect data from other third-party services you choose to connect, including QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe, and other business applications. You have full control over which integrations you enable and which specific data within those services is shared with us. You may disconnect any integration at any time.
1.8 User-Uploaded Files
You may upload files to our platform. Files you mark as "Sensitive" are treated as containing personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive personal data and are subject to enhanced security measures. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any files you provide to the Service.
